Billy Joel has had a single in the Dutch charts 18 times! Piano Man, She’s Always A Woman, Uptown Girl, Goodnight Saigon, and the list goes on… Each one is a classic that has settled in our collective memory. The men of The Billy Joel Experience thought it was a good idea to use that impressive list for a new theater show. 

After the ambitious ‘The Album Tour’, which saw the tribute act achieve remarkable success and receive wonderful reviews in over 60 theaters during the 23/24 season, the band felt it was time to compile a setlist that forms ‘one big celebration of recognition’, according to Alexander Broussard, band leader, singer, and pianist of the group. “The great thing is that you can easily supplement those 18 songs with a number of titles that are indeed in the Top 2000 of all time, but have never been in the Dutch charts.

For example, we didn’t know that Just The Way You Are belongs to that latter category… But it definitely belongs in a Greatest Hits of Billy Joel show! The same goes for The Longest Time…

With the songs from the charts and the remaining songs from the Top 2000 of all time, The Billy Joel Experience comes with a jam-packed setlist, suitable for young and old, die-hard fans, or simply lovers of a delightful evening with the best music, played by the most passionate musicians, fully dedicated to… The Greatest Hits of Billy Joel.

Alexander Broussard & Friends – The Billy Joel Tribute 
Over the past few years, Alexander has grown into a highly sought-after and versatile pianist/keyboardist and singer/entertainer. With an impressive resume, from the most prestigious piano bars to Najib Amhali (PlusSupportAct), De Corona’s, Twarres, and many others, Alexander is a welcome guest on both large and small stages throughout the country.

With his band “003”, he previously released five singles and a double live album with original work, which was enthusiastically received by many radio stations and received considerable airplay. After five years, the team felt it was time to embark on a new adventure. Together, they decided to take on the oeuvre of Billy Joel. The result? The Billy Joel Experience!
