In Swan Lake, everything revolves around a tragic love. Prince Siegfried falls in love with Princess Odette, who has been transformed into a white swan by an evil sorcerer. Only true love can break the magic. Through a trick, the prince declares his love to the sorcerer's daughter, who makes him believe she is Odette. But is he still in time to save his true love?

Worldwide, one of the most performed ballets 
Swan Lake is the classic among classics. The magical performance with costumes and sets to dream away in continues to enchant audiences of all ages. It is regarded by experts as one of the highlights in the classical-romantic dance genre.

Grand performance 
Swan Lake, created in 1875 by the Russian composer Pyotr Tchaikovsky, became the greatest classical success of all time in 1895 through choreographers Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov. The 'Pas de deux', the romantic duets, and the 'Dance of the Little Swans' are performed by the 42 dancers of the renowned State Opera Ballet of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, with perfect elegance. No less than 42 musicians bring Tchaikovsky's beautiful composition to life.

The hair and makeup staff ensure that the dancers look stunning, while experienced technicians take care of the lighting and sets. More than 100 people work together to provide you with an unforgettable performance. Nothing is left to chance!

The choreographers of this ballet classic were in top form when they created the performance to Tchaikovsky's moving music. The fantastic music and romantic dance create a captivating story and an enchanting performance. A beautiful classic for the whole family!

Note: The orchestra pit blocks the first three rows of the auditorium. This means that visitors with tickets for row 1 will actually be seated in row 4, row 2 will be row 5, and so on.
