As a child, Guido was constantly making plans to conquer the world. In this performance, he examines his youthful optimism and wonders why, after all these years, he still hasn't started.

With sharp songs and relatable stories, Guido tries to figure out why he takes 'not taking himself seriously' so seriously, where his perfectionism comes from, and why he feels that the best is yet to come. On the stage of Markant Theater Maashorst in Uden, Guido shares his doubts, dreams, and humor with the audience in a performance that touches and makes them laugh.

Guido Spek, Rotterdam 1990, the middle child of 7.
Guido is a versatile cabaret artist, musician, and actor. He has performed in the theater with various music-theater productions including ‘De Vloer Op’, ‘Wonderfull Town’, and ‘Into The Woods’. Since the summer of 2022, he has been touring with his project 'CamperConcerts'. From his ‘Concert Hall and Comedy Club on wheels’, he performs shows at various locations.

Guido is also a familiar face on Dutch television. He has appeared in various television series, was seen in ‘The Passion’, ‘Hunted’, ‘Secret Duets’, and was in the final week of ‘De Slimste Mens’, ‘Waku Waku’, and 'Expeditie Robinson'.
