In 2024, Le Grand Charles would have turned 100. Because he can no longer perform and they cannot resist, Frank Cools and Florian de Schepper now present this warm and intimate homage to Aznavour. A delightful theater concert full of recognition and surprise, also because Cools tells in a disarming way. And the audience listens breathlessly.

The Flemish Frank Cools has performed as an actor and singer in almost every theater in Flanders and the Netherlands. He sang both chanson and tearjerker, created many youth performances, and often appeared solo on stage as an actor with classical texts. With few resources, he manages to get to the essence. 
Florian De Schepper is a classical guitarist but sees himself more as a chameleon; a traveling troubadour who can swing in folk and various styles like no other.
